Athlete Information

Workouts and movement standards will post the week of the competition. Below are suggested guidlines for which division to register for. These weights should be WOD weights not 1 rep maxes:

Minimum Requirements for RX*

Deadlift (M:225/W:155)
Front Squat (M:135/W:95)
Clean (M:135/W:95)
Snatch (M:95/W:65)
Thruster (M:95/W:65)
Kettle Swing (M:53/W:35)
Wallball (M:20/W:14)
Pullups (M:CTB/W:Chin over)
Box Jump (M:24"/W:20")

*RX are based on standard CF workout weights and movements. These are not necessarily the max load you will see but if you can do multiple reps at the specified weight then you will be fine.

Minimum Requirements for Scaled

Deadlift (M:155/W:95)
Front Squat (M:95/W:65)
Clean (M:95/W:65)
Snatch (M:65/W:45)
Thruster (M:65/W:45)
Kettle Swing (M:35/W:26)
Wallball (M:14/W:10)
Pullups (M:Jumping/W:Jumping)

Minimum Requirements for Diaper Division

Diaper Division will be a subdivision of Scaled. They will be doing Scaled WODs but will be scored in seperate category against other Diaper competitors. Combined age of  less then 35 or greater then 75.
