You will be given 1 minute to accomplish the minimum reps as indicated. Stone will be lifted from the ground to a standing position with hips and knees extended and stone supported on shoulder.
You will be given 1 minute to accomplish 3 consecutive lifts (without bar passing below knee at any time) once you lift the bar to the hang position. Can be Squat Snatch or Power Snatch. Bar will be lifted from the hang to overhead in one continuous motion. Lift is complete when athlete is standing with bar overhead, hips and knees extended, and elbows locked out. Bar may be dropped and guided to ground after last lift.
You will be given a designated taped area to perform the hold. Your hands may not contact the taped line at any point. Time will begin as soon as both feet are off the ground. Attempt ends if any portion of hand touches taped area or any portion of body other than hands contact ground.
You will be given a set of rings set at a designated height. You will have bumper plates placed under your feet. Time will begin as soon as you are supported on rings and lift feet off bumpers. Attempt ends if any portion of body touches ground or bumpers.
You will have a bike and a given standard. Meet it or fail test.
